指标 (Metric) 是查看网站报告必备元素之一,每个网站分析工具的指标定义可能不尽相同。很多时候指标的字面意义并非我们所认为的意思,而且经过翻译,有些字段完全词不达意,混淆概念。所以只有了解指标的标准定义及背后计算原理,才能更好的进行网站分析。

下面的Google Analytics 指标即是GA默认设定的指标,释义来自官网解释及稍许个人理解加工。英文原意解释作为补充参考。

常用维度/指标 Commonly used

会话数 (Sessions)

会话是指用户在网站或应用中保持活动状态的时间段。默认情况下,如果某用户处于非活动状态的时间达到或超过30分钟,那么任何后续活动都会被归入新会话。如果用户在离开您网站后的30分钟内返回,则之后的活动仍将被计为初次会话的一部分。

The period of time a user is active on your site or app. By default, if a user is inactive for 30 minutes or more, any future activity is attributed to a new session. Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session.

平均会话时长 (Avg. Session Duration)

平均会话时长是:所有会话的总持续时间(以秒为单位)/会话次数。

单次会话时长的计算方式会有所差异,取决于会话期间的最后一个网页是否发生“互动命中”。会话持续时间计算方式:

最后一个网页发生最后一次互动命中(如无最后一次互动命中,则取第一次)的时间 – 第一个网页发生第一次命中的时间。

Average session duration is: total duration of all sessions (in seconds) / number of sessions.

Individual session duration is calculated differently depending on whether there are engagement hits on the last page of a session. The duration is calculated as follows:

The time of the last engagement hit (If there are no engagement hits, use the time of the first hit) on the last page – the first hit on the first page.

跳出率 (Bounce Rate)

“跳出”是指您网站上的单页会话。在 Google Analytics(分析)中,“跳出”特指仅触发了一次对 Google Analytics(分析)服务器的请求的会话。例如,用户打开了您网站上的一个网页,然后就退出了网站,并且这次会话没有触发对 Google Analytics(分析)服务器的任何其他请求。

跳出率是指单页会话次数在所有会话次数中所占的比例,也就是用户在您网站上仅查看一个网页并仅触发一次对 Google Analytics(分析)服务器的请求的所有会话次数所占的百分比。

A bounce is a single-page session on your site. In Analytics, a bounce is calculated specifically as a session that triggers only a single request to the Analytics server, such as when a user opens a single page on your site and then exits without triggering any other requests to the Analytics server during that session.

Bounce rate is single-page sessions divided by all sessions, or the percentage of all sessions on your site in which users viewed only a single page and triggered only a single request to the Analytics server.

用户数 (Users)

在该日期范围内至少发起过一次会话的用户。

Users who have initiated at least one session during the date range.

每次会话浏览页数 (Pages / Session)

每次会话浏览页数(平均浏览页数)指每次会话中的平均网页浏览量。系统会计入对单页的重复浏览。

Pages/Session (Average Page Depth) is the average number of pages viewed during a session. Repeated views of a single page are counted.

电子商务 (Ecommerce)

查看详情后购买的比例 (Buy-to-Detail Rate)

每次查看产品详情后购买的产品的数量。

Number of products purchased per number of product-detail views.

查看详情后添加到购物车的比例 (Cart-to-Detail Rate)

每次查看产品详情后将产品添加到购物车的产品的数量。

Number of products added per number of product-detail views.

产品被从购物车移除的次数 (Product Removes From Cart)

产品已添加到购物车又被移除的次数。

产品列表点击率 (Product List CTR)

用户点击产品列表浏览某个产品的比率(点击次数 / 列表出现的次数)。

The rate at which users clicked the product list to view products (number of clicks divided by the number of times the list appeared).

产品收入 (Product Revenue)

各笔产品销售产生的收入。

Revenue from individual product sales.

产品退款次数 (Product Refunds)

产品被退款的次数。

Number of times a refund was issued for the product.

退还给用户的退款金额。

Amount returned to users as refunds.

产品退款金额(当地货币) (Local Product Refund Amount)

产品详情页浏览次数。

促成电子商务交易的会话所占的百分比。

交易次数 (Transactions)

您的网站上完成的购买的总次数。

每个会话的价值 (Per Session Value)

在GA中查看关联的本网站页面上展示广告的报告。

The number of times ads from a linked publisher account (AdSense, AdX, DFP) were clicked on the site.

发布商点击率 (Publisher CTR)

带来广告点击的与关联的发布商帐号中广告展示次数所占的百分比。

The percentage of pageviews that resulted in a click on a linked publisher account (AdSense, AdX, DFP) ad.

发布商覆盖率 (Publisher Coverage)

覆盖率是指返回了至少一个广告的广告请求占所有广告请求的百分比。一般来说,通过覆盖率您可以确定与关联的发布商帐号在哪些网站上无法提供定位广告。

公式:覆盖率 =(返回了广告的广告请求次数/总广告请求次数)* 100

Coverage is the percentage of ad requests that returned at least one ad. Generally, coverage can help you identify sites where Publisher isn’t able to provide targeted ads.

Formula: Coverage = (Ad requests that returned ads / total ad requests) * 100

发布商获利的网页浏览量 (Publisher Monetized Pageviews)

衡量与关联的发布商帐号中广告一起展示的媒体资源上产生的网页浏览量总数。备注 – 单个页面可以包含多个广告单元。

Measures the total number of pageviews on your property that were shown with an ad from your linked Publisher account. Note – a single page can have multiple ad units.

发布商可见展示次数百分比 (Publisher Viewable Impressions %)

可见广告展示次数的百分比。当广告显示在用户的浏览器中并可能会被用户看到时,我们就将这次展示视为一次可见的展示。

The percentage of ad impressions that were viewable. An impression is considered a viewable impression when it has appeared within a user’s browser and had the opportunity to be seen.

发布商收入 (Publisher Revenue)

Publisher Revenue is an estimate of your total ad revenue based on impressions served.

发布商有效每千次展示费用 (Publisher eCPM)

每千次网页浏览量的估算成本,是指每千次网页浏览量的发布商收入。

The estimated cost per thousand page views. It is your Publisher Revenue per 1000 pageviews.

发布商展示次数 (Publisher Impressions)

在您的网站上每展示一个广告,系统就会报告一次与关联的发布商帐号中广告展示。例如,如果包含两个广告单元的网页获得一次浏览,我们就会显示两次广告单元展示。

An Publisher ad impression is reported whenever an individual ad is displayed on your website. For example, if a page with two ad units is viewed once, we’ll display two impressions.

每 1000 次会话为发布商带来的收入 (Publisher Revenue / 1000 Sessions)

每1000次 Google Analytics(分析)会话带来的与关联的发布商帐号中广告估算收入总额。请注意,此指标的计算依据是您网站的会话数而不是广告展示次数。

The total estimated revenue from Publisher ads per 1000 Analytics sessions. Note that this metric is based on sessions to your site and not ad impressions.

Return on Investment is (Ecommerce revenue + Total Goal Value – Cost) divided by Cost.

利润率 (Margin)

投资回报率 =(电子商务收入 + 总目标价值 – 费用)/ 费用。

ROAS (return on advertising spend) is calculated by dividing the conversion value (based on e-commerce revenue and/or goal value) by the ad spend.

展示次数 (Impressions)

展示次数指您的搜索网络广告获得展示的次数。

How often your ad is shown. An impression is counted each time your ad is shown on a search result page or other site on the Google Network.

流量获取 (Acquisition)

自然搜索次数 (Organic Searches)

一次会话中发生的自然搜索次数。即自然搜索带来的访问次数。

网页价值 (Page Value)

当前网页或网页集的平均价值。网页价值的计算方法:(交易收入 + 总目标价值)/ 网页或网页集的唯一身份浏览量。

充当网站入口的网页浏览所占的百分比。

The percentage of pageviews which were entrances to the site.

每次搜索目标价值 (Per Search Goal Value)

您网站上每次搜索的平均价值(以目标价值为依据)。

The average goal value of a search.

每屏崩溃次数 (Crashes / Screen)

每次会话中发生崩溃的平均次数。

The number of fatal exceptions thrown divided by the number of screenviews.

平均文档内容加载时间(秒) (Avg. Document Content Loaded Time (sec))

浏览器解析文档并执行解析器插入的已延迟脚本 (DOMContentLoaded) 所需的平均时间(以秒为单位),其中包括从用户所在位置连接到您的服务器所需的网络时间。

The average time (in seconds) that the browser takes to parse the document and execute deferred and parser-inserted scripts (DOMContentLoaded), including the network time from the user’s location to your server. Parsing of the document is finished, the Document Object Model is ready, but referenced style sheets, images, and subframes may not be finished loading. This event is often the starting point for javascript framework execution, e.g., JQuery’s onready() callback, etc.

以秒为单位的平均用户计时。

The average time (in seconds) it takes for the timed code to execute.

平均域名查询时间(秒) (Avg. Domain Lookup Time (sec))

查找此网页的 DNS 所花费的平均时间(以秒为单位)。

The average amount of time (in seconds) spent in DNS lookup for this page.

平均重定向时间(秒) (Avg. Redirection Time (sec))

获取此网页前在重定向上所花费的时间(以秒为单位)。如果不需重定向,该指标值应为0。

The average amount of time (in seconds) spent in redirects before fetching this page. If there are no redirects, the value for this metric is expected to be 0.

屏幕停留时间 (Time on Screen)

用户浏览某个屏幕或某组屏幕所用的总时长。

The total amount of time users spent viewing a specific screen or set of screens.

使用了搜索的会话数 (Sessions with Search)

期间至少发生过一次网站搜索的会话次数。

The number of sessions that used your site’s search function at least once.

使用了搜索的会话数所占百分比 (% Sessions with Search)

搜索带来的会话次数所占的百分比。

The percentage of sessions with search. Sessions with Search / Total Sessions.

事件价值 (Event Value)

事件价值指一个事件或一组事件的总价值。总价值由每个事件的价值乘以事件发生次数计算得出。

Event Value is the total value of an event or set of events. It is calculated by multiplying the per-event value by the number of times the event occurred.

事件数/含事件的会话数 (Events / Session with Event)

每次会话中所发生事件的总数。

Total number of Events per session.

事件总数 (Total Events)

事件总数指事件发生的次数。

Total Events is the number of times events occurred.

搜索后停留的时间 (Time after Search)

用户执行搜索后在您网站上花费的时间。计算方法如下:所有搜索的所有 search_duration 的总和/(search_transitions+ 1)。

The amount of time users spend on your site after performing a search. This is calculated as Sum of all search_duration across all searches / (search_transitions + 1).

搜索后退出次数 (Search Exits)

用户执行搜索后随即退出网站的次数。

The number of searches made immediately before leaving the site.

搜索浏览页数 (Search Depth)

用户执行搜索后所查看网页的平均数量。计算方法如下:所有搜索的所有 search_depth 的总和 / (search_transitions + 1)。

The number of pages viewed after performing a search. This is calculated as Sum of all search_depth across all searches / (search_transitions + 1).

搜索优化次数 (Search Refinements)

某次会话中的内部搜索关键字之间所发生的总优化(转换)次数。例如,如果关键字的顺序是:“鞋类”、“鞋类”、“裤子”、“裤子”,那么该指标的值便为 1,因为从“鞋类”到“裤子”的优化发生了一次。

用来计算技术指标平均值的网页浏览样本集(或计数)。

The sample set (or count) of pageviews used to calculate the averages for technical metrics.

网页加载抽样 (Page Load Sample)

用于计算平均网页加载时间的网页浏览样本集(或计数)。

以毫秒表示的网页加载时间。

网站搜索目标的转化率 (Site Search Goal Conversion Rate)

目标转化次数与唯一身份搜索次数之比。当会话中每个唯一身份搜索对应多次目标转化时,此比例会大于1。

The ratio of goal conversions to unique searches. The ratio can exceed 1 when a session includes multiple goal conversions per unique search.

唯一身份事件数 (Unique Events)

“唯一身份事件”指的是一名用户在一次会话中与内容的互动,可独立于网页浏览或屏幕浏览进行跟踪。下载、移动广告点击、视频播放,以及与小工具、Flash 元素和 AJAX 嵌入式元素的互动都是可以作为“唯一身份事件”跟踪的互动操作。

Unique Events are interactions with content by a single user within a single session that can be tracked separately from pageviews or screenviews. Downloads, mobile-ad clicks, video plays, and interactions with gadgets, Flash elements, and AJAX embedded elements are all examples of interactions you might want to track as Unique Events.

Unique Dimension Combinations counts the number of unique dimension-value combinations for each dimension in a report. This lets you build combined (concatenated) dimensions post-processing, which allows for more flexible reporting without having to update your tracking implementation or use additional custom-dimension slots.

The average time (in seconds) that the browser takes to parse the document (DOMInteractive), including the network time from the user’s location to your server. At this time, the user can interact with the Document Object Model even though it is not fully loaded.

Total time (in milliseconds) that the browser takes to parse the document and execute deferred and parser-inserted scripts (DOMContentLoaded), including the network time from the user’s location to your server. Parsing of the document is finished, the Document Object Model is ready, but referenced style sheets, images, and subframes may not be finished loading. This event is often the starting point for javascript framework execution, e.g., JQuery’s onready() callback, etc.

页面停留时间 (Time on Page)

浏览某个指定网页或屏幕或是某组网页或屏幕所用的时间。

The amount of time spent on a specified page or screen, or set of pages or screens.

异常次数 (Exceptions)

技术性例外或错误(包括崩溃)的总数。

The total number of technical exceptions, or errors, including crashes.

The sample set (or count) of Document Object Model times (DOMContentLoaded/DOMInteractive) received over the given time range.

用户 (Users)

会话时长 (Session Duration)

会话时长(以秒为单位)。只要有持续的活动,会话就会一直持续下去。

The length of a session in seconds. A session lasts as long as there is continued activity.

会话数 (Sessions)

会话是指用户在网站或应用中保持活动状态的时间段。默认情况下,如果某用户处于非活动状态的时间达到或超过 30 分钟,那么任何后续活动都会被归入新会话。如果用户在离开您网站后的 30 分钟内返回,则之后的活动仍将被计为初次会话的一部分。

The period of time a user is active on your site or app. By default, if a user is inactive for 30 minutes or more, any future activity is attributed to a new session. Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session.

每次会话浏览页数 (Pages / Session)

每次会话浏览页数(平均浏览页数)指每次会话中的平均网页浏览量。系统会计入对单页的重复浏览。

Pages/Session (Average Page Depth) is the average number of pages viewed during a session. Repeated views of a single page are counted.

每次搜索的结果浏览量 (Results Pageviews / Search)

每次搜索的结果页浏览量指访问者在执行搜索后查看搜索结果页的平均次数。

Results Pageviews/Search is the average number of times visitors viewed a search results page after performing a search.

每个会话的屏幕浏览量 (Screens / Session)

每个会话中浏览的平均屏幕数量。单个屏幕的每次浏览均单独计算,包括对同一屏幕的重复浏览。

The average number of screens viewed per session. Every view of a single screen is counted individually, including repeated views of the same screen.

每名用户的会话数 (Number of Sessions per User)

每个用户的平均会话数。

The average number of Sessions per user.

命中次数 (Hits)

发送给 Google Analytics(分析)的命中总数。此指标汇总了所有命中类型,包括网页浏览、自定义事件、电子商务和其他类型。

Total number of hits sent to Google Analytics, for this reporting view (profile). This metric sums all hit types, including pageview, custom event, ecommerce, and other types. Note that this number is based on the reporting view (profile), not the property, and therefore is not the same as the property’s hit volume.

平均会话时长 (Avg. Session Duration)

平均会话时长是:所有会话的总持续时间(以秒为单位)/会话次数。

单次会话时长的计算方式会有所差异,取决于会话期间的最后一个网页是否发生“互动命中”。会话持续时间计算方式:

Average session duration is: total duration of all sessions (in seconds) / number of sessions.

Individual session duration is calculated differently depending on whether there are engagement hits on the last page of a session. The duration is calculated as follows:

The time of the last engagement hit (If there are no engagement hits, use the time of the first hit) on the last page – the first hit on the first page.

搜索后退出次数所占百分比 (% Search Exits)

显示内部搜索结果后您的网站上所发生的退出次数。

The number of exits from your site that occurred following a result from an internal search.

搜索优化百分比 (% Search Refinements)

某次会话中的内部搜索关键字之间所发生的总优化(转换)次数。例如,如果关键字的顺序是:“鞋类”、“鞋类”、“裤子”、“裤子”,那么该指标的值便为 1,因为从“鞋类”到“裤子”的优化发生了一次。

The total number of times a refinement (transition) occurs between internal search keywords within a session. For example if the sequence of keywords is: “shoes”, “shoes”, “pants”, “pants”, this metric is 1 because the refinement of “shoes” to “pants” occurs once.

跳出次数 (Bounces)

“跳出”是指您网站上的单页会话。在 Google Analytics(分析)中,“跳出”特指仅触发了一次对 Google Analytics(分析)服务器的请求的会话。例如,用户打开了您网站上的一个网页,然后就退出了网站,并且这次会话没有触发对 Google Analytics(分析)服务器的任何其他请求。

A bounce is a single-page session on your site. In Analytics, a bounce is calculated specifically as a session that triggers only a single request to the Analytics server, such as when a user opens a single page on your site and then exits without triggering any other requests to the Analytics server during that session.

跳出率 (Bounce Rate)

跳出率是指单页会话次数在所有会话次数中所占的比例,也就是用户在您网站上仅查看一个网页并仅触发一次对 Google Analytics(分析)服务器的请求的所有会话次数所占的百分比。

Bounce rate is single-page sessions divided by all sessions, or the percentage of all sessions on your site in which users viewed only a single page and triggered only a single request to the Analytics server.

退出次数 (Exits)

退出次数指访问者从某个或某组特定网页退出您的网站的次数。

Exits is the number of times visitors exited your site from a specified page or set of pages.

网页浏览量 (Pageviews)

网页浏览量指浏览的总页数。系统会计入对单页的重复浏览。

Pageviews is the total number of pages viewed. Repeated views of a single page are counted.

唯一屏幕浏览量 (Unique Screen Views)

期间至少浏览了指定屏幕一次的会话数量。系统会将对单个屏幕的多次浏览计为一次“唯一身份屏幕浏览”。

The number of sessions during which the specified screen(s) are viewed at least once. Multiple viewings of a screen are counted as a single Unique Screenview.

唯一身份浏览量 (Unique Pageviews)

唯一身份浏览量是指指定的网页至少获得一次浏览的访问次数。每一个“网页网址 + 网页标题”组合会计为一次唯一身份网页浏览。

Unique Pageviews is the number of sessions during which the specified page was viewed at least once. A unique pageview is counted for each page URL + page Title combination.

Total Unique Searches is the number of times people searched your site. Duplicate searches within a single visit are excluded.

新会话百分比 (% New Sessions)

首次访问所占百分比的估算值。

An estimate of the percentage of first time visits.

新用户 (New Users)

选定日期范围内的首次访问用户数。

The number of first-time users during the selected date range.

AdX 获利的网页浏览量 (AdX Monetized Pageviews)

衡量与关联的AdX广告一起展示的媒体资源上产生的网页浏览量总数。备注 – 单个页面可以包含多个广告单元。

Monetized Pageviews measures the total number of pageviews on your property that were shown with an ad from your linked AdX account. Note – a single page can have multiple ad units.
